The Used cancels shows due to throat operation

Bert McCracken is to undergo surgery after discovering a developed node on one of his vocal chords. This means the band has canceled their shows on all upcoming dates during June and July, and the Van's Warped Tour. Doctors are expecting a full recovery for the singer and say he will be able to sing again with allot of rest. Recovery time is expected to be around 5 weeks.
