Getting rid of myspace viruses and hackers

Myspace viruses and people hacking into your account is a huge problem on myspace and can often become very annoying. These hacks and viruses usually come through bulletins, or links hackers hide on peoples spaces that make you click on them and then you get infected. A major hidden link was were the talk bar at the top of the page was covered with a fake link, So each time you clicked on home it would refer you to a fake page asking for your details as if you got logged out, then once you had entered your details it would refer you to the actual myspace but they have stolen your details, they then go to your space and put the link on your page so they can catch more people.

These hacks and viruses are annoying yes, but they are reversible. Some are harder than others but there defiantly no cause to panic.

For anything like your account is mysteriously sending bulletins or leaving comments on people pages with out your consent most of the time changing your password will work.

Changing your pass word is as easy as:

• Logging into your account
• Clicking Account Setting
• Then go to Change Password
• And fill out the boxes and your password will be changed

For more complicated hacks or viruses like links hidden links appearing on your page or code on your site that shouldn’t be there most of the time taking out all your code, and replacing it with fresh code will work, this means you will lose your myspace layout, but having a new layout isn’t all that bad, plus you will be rid of the virus also. Changing your password after this is also necessary because you password will be on record with whoever done this in the first place.
